I have just one, but i love using it for certain things, like cornbread.
I haven't really used it for grilled sandwiches but i will have to give that a try.
I don't regularly season mine, but it's my understanding that seasoning happens on an ongoing basis if you use oil when cooking in it. That's my logic anyway.
