Toast some bread, I like whole wheat bread myself, and then spread with peanut butter, chunky or smooth. Then make a scrambled egg like for an omelet, if you know what I mean. The finished egg should be like a pancake. Place the hot cooked egg on the peanut butter, and then top with the other piece of toast. Cut in half and serve.
