Liquid Cheesecake
Silly name, but we didn't know what else to call it...
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large can crescent rolls
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
Spread 1/2 crescent rolls in the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish. Mix softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a medium mixing bowl and spread over crescent rolls. Use the remaining 1/2 of the crescent rolls as a topper (flatten like first half and spread on top of mix). Sprinkle top with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Let cool until semi solid, then serve with fresh fruit (peaches, strawberries, etc.)
