Yeah, I'd love to find a portable electric griddle that's about 16" x 20". That's a nice size, and would let me cook nice breakfasts in one pan. I always admire the larger ones I see at cafes. Not sure if I'd want a non-stick one. A nice quality steel griddle would be great. Honestly, I haven't looked around for one, so my dream could exist somewhere
