What a coiencidence there is a Creole Shrimp and Grits recipe in the new issue of Southern Living magazine (Jan. 2009 issue) If anyone is interested let me know I will post it for you. It even has a step where you boil the shrimp peels to make the shrimp broth like LUCA was telling us about recently on another thread!
