Hi!! Do you know where she is at?? We were posted in Maadi------yeah, the Egyptians did have some great dishes----their Aish Baladi was wonderful )pita like bread0 served with everything as well as tahina, baba ghanoush, etc. I would go back to Egypt in a heartbeat---so many great memories!!!!!
