I remember reading on a bag of dried blueberries that they had extremely high levels on anti-oxidents. I think the manufacturer claimed they had the highest level of any food, but that coold be by weight.
I didn't realize that beans were loaded with anti-oxidents. I try to eat them often too.
My guideline had always been bright and deep colored foods like tomatoes, brocolli, and carrots.
