Just don't put your unwashed hands on your face or in your mouth.

There's no need to behave like someone with OCD. If the bacteria is airborne it's a total waste of time anyway. If it's not - just keep your hands clean.
Disposable hankies instead of linen is always a good idea. We never use linen.

By being to clean we can reduce our bodies ability to recognise and fight bacteria and viruses. A little bit of dirt doesn't do you any harm.

For instance we don't change the bed linen every time we should cough or sneeze in the bedroom, we don't have clean pillows and duvets every day. I don't covers I mean the article. Bacteria is haboured in soft furnishings also.

The days when a house was given a good airing, have long gone. Open your windows once a week and let the air blow though. Best cleaning method and free.
