I have an electric griddle and I LOVE it. I've used it for so many things. Let's see...mini meat loaves, burgers, pancakes, sausage, bacon, eggs, french toast, grilled cheese, salmon patties, hot dogs, pork tenderloin, fajitas, grilled veggies, garlic toast, and on and on and on. It's way more versatile than it sounds.
