That's a nice list. I want to add something I've kept in my old chest. It was given to me by my nutritionist friend. She said I might need the list someday. Maybe this is the "someday".
Meat and meat alternatives: all meats except breaded, prepared with bread crumbs or ingredients that are creamed or with wheat, rye and barley.
Milk and milk products: all milk products except those mixed with Ovaltine, commercial chocolate milk with ceral additives, milk beverages flavored with malt, pudding thickened with wheat flour, ice cream or sherbet containing gluten stabilizers, processed cheese foods and spreads, Roquefort and ricotta cheese.
Fruits and veggies
all except breaded, prepared with bread crumbs or creamed
Starches and grains
bread, cereal or dessert products made from buckwheat, cornmeal, soybean flour, rice flour, potato flour, tapioca; cornmeal, popcorn and hominy; rice, cream of rice, puffed rice and rice flakes; potato chips
