Glass baking dishes

Does food cook better or about the same with glass baking dishes? I've been wondering this for a while now.

I don't know if they are better per se...but I don't have any problems. And I like that you don't have to worry about messing up any non stick surface, and the are easy to clean if you just soak them a bit.

I don't think it's so much the fact that they cook better - but the flavor is great! Many things taste better cooked in glass VS aluminum, etc. And it's always a nice presentation at the table for certain meals. You need to watch your oven temp - some glass ovenware cannot stand up to oven temps over 300 or 325 without breaking. Cleaning is a bit tougher - but not all that bad.
