Salad Spinners

Anyone else use one? I have a large one and a small one that I got last year. I love them both. Don't know how I survived without them. I got the big one from Penney's and actually found the smaller one at a discount store here in town for $3. We jokingly call the store Everything's Broken because most things there are but my little spinner was intact :D I found a nice 5 quart coated cast iron dutch oven there that was marked $5 because the knob was gone from the top. The knob was laying inside the pot. Jon fixed it in like 5 minutes after we got home.
The big spinner is so nice for drying greens and lettuce. The little one is nice when I just want to dry enough for a salad for me or drying my herbs after washing. Especailly with having my pet bunny it is nice to be able to dry large amounts of greens to store in the fridge.

I use mine occasionally - depending on the size of the salad I'm making. It also comes in handy for spinning parsley and basil, etc. before drying or freezing.

I've had the large Oxo for more years than I care to count; been with us through three moves. Use it rather often to dry greens and herbs after washing.

I looked at a smaller one, but it didn't seem to be useful. Not enough capacity.

The Oxo is the same one I have in the big and small. The little one holds more than you think. I wouldnt have picked it up if it had not been for the price because looking at it I wouldnt have thought it could hold much either. I was happily surprised.
