I haven't touched a salt shaker since 1990 when I took a nutrition class in college. Still use ketchup but avoid foods with 30% ore more of RDA in a serving.

Lawry's Salt Free 17 Seasoning is a nice blend of spices with a similar taste to salt. It's quite popular. Use Liberally.

Didn't know Lawry's made anything Salt-Free. I use Mrs. Dash (mostly Extra Spicy) and Benson's, who has more different types then Mrs. Dash. Will check out Lawry's now. I will use a salt substitute now and then too but you can get too much of that (Potassium Chloride) if you're not careful. If a recipe calls for 1 tsp salt I would use 1/2 tsp sub.

Hi!
PM back your address and I can mail you some samples of Salt Free 17.

McCormick owns Lawry's now. They've kept the brand name, and over the last couple years have moved many of the McCormick spice blends to the Lawry's Brand in order to fill out the product line. While Salt Free 17 was always a Lawry's product, the latest move was all of McCormick Foodservice line of Salt Free Seasonings. They're all under the Lawry's name now. You can go to our online store and type salt free into the 'Quick Search' to see all of the salt free seasonings offered by McCormick in the Lawry's line. We still have a few labeled under McCormick. There's a direct link below.
