Mmmm, I picked one up at the store this afternoon while I was there. I haven't decided what else to put with it though. I neglected to plan that part while I was there.

The usual suspects are stuffing, and a vegetable. In my opinion stuffing is both high in fat and sodium, so how about a couscous instead of stuffing? A nice market fresh vegetable would be nice, this time of year that would be green beans, Swiss chard, Kale, or spinach. I personally love Swiss chard with a dash of butter and some vinegar.

We have an electric Sunbeam Chicken Rotisserie which is nice so that we can cook our own chicken at home. The chicken cooks verticle instead of the typical horizontal way you see them cooked in the stores. That doesn't make any difference in the cooking and of all of the recipes we've tried with the Sunbeam, they've all turned out fine.

I always try to plan dinners on my way to work. Then on the way home if I need something, when I get to the store and see the prepared rosisserie chickens, I already have a plan.

I used to try to make what I had a around the house, but that was always frustrating as everytime I thought I could make something, I was missing an ingredient.
