Just about any grocery store should have no-sodium vegetables, even store-brands come that way. I know Campbell's soup has a line of low-sodium soups that they are slowly expanding to include their more popular flavors like tomato, cream of chicken (that's the one I got this weekend), and several other. The low sodium varieties are usually shelved with the regular options. Just look close at the labels, I've noticed that the low-sodium varieties are a shelf or two down or up from the normal varieties.

Like I said in the post in an earlier thread - grab that book Complete Food Counts by Corrine Netzger - it will tell you everything and that should get you started!
