Ingredients:

1 pound cooked, shelled shrimp
1 can whole artichoke hearts, well drained
1/4 pound fresh mushrooms or 1 can button mushrooms
1/4 C butter
5 Tbls. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 C milk
1 C cream
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 C (or less) dry sherry
1/4 C Parmesan cheese
Paprika


Directions:

Arrange shrimp, artichoke hearts and mushrooms in a casserole dish. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour, salt and pepper Gradually add milk and cream, stirring constantly. Add Worcestershire sauce and sherry.

Pour sauce over shrimp mixture in dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and paprika on top. This may be prepared in advance and baked before serving. Freezes well, but sauce will need to be thinned after being frozen. This is a jazzy little thing for parties or as an appetizer with a nice company dinner.:D
