1 (32 ounce) jar dill pickles
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 pound sliced ham, roast beef, pastrami, dried beef,or carl budding beef works great too (I usually use dried beef or carl budding beef, but use what you want)

Spread cream cheese on the meat,
roll pickle in the meat
slice into 1/2-1 in slices/chunks
dress it up with toothpicks and have them stand up.
