Triple-layer Peanut Butter Brownies

TRIPLE-LAYER PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES

1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. dark brown sugar
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 T. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 ½ c. mini chocolate chips
½ c. chunky peanut butter (the chunkier the better)
Chocolate frosting and chocolate jimmies

Preheat oven to 325* F. Line 9-inch pan and let foil over hand 2-inches on all sides. Melt butter, add sugars and stir until dissolved. Cool 10 minutes. Stir in eggs and vanilla; add flour and salt until blended. Divide batter between 2 bowl. In one bowl, stir in ½ c. melted chips; spread in pan. In second bowl, stir in remaining chips; spread over chocolate batter. Bake 1 hour or until tester comes out with moist crumbs. Cool on rack 15 minutes. Lift from pan. Cool completely. Remove foil and frost.
