Pork Spice Rub

4 tablespoons white sugar
4 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pinch dried oregano
1 pinch dried thyme

Rub it on the pork and let it sit for an hour, then broil, bake, or grill. Easy and delicious!

Ya, I'd cut back on the salt or not use it at all.

Put the spices on a throw the meat on the grill.
I move the meat around as to not burn. Put to the side
and then add my special sauce.
