3 cloves garlic
1/2 t. seasoned salt
3 T olive oil
1 T butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs (I used Japanese panko)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 475 F. In shallow, microwave-safe bowl, combine garlic, oil, butter and salt. Microwave 1 minute. In another bowl, cobmine bread crumbs and cheese. Coat chicken with garlic mixture, then cheese mixture (I always end up needing extra cheese mixture). Bake for 20 minutes.
SO GOOD!!! And really flavorful, so you can pair with pretty bland veggies or starches/grains (like plain couscous or quinoa or something that don't always taste that great due to lack of flavor).
