Shrimp & Tofu Recipe

1/2 pound of shrimp, cleaned and deveined
2 tbsp canola oil
1 onion, sliced thin
1 block tofu, cut into 1 inch cubes

Seasoning:
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sake
1/4 tsp Accent
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 cup green onion, cut one inch in length

Stir-fry the shrimp in hot oil for 1 minute. Add sliced onion, tofu, and seasoning. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Add green onion, and cook an additional minute. Serve hot with hot rice. Recipe makes 4 to 6 servings.
