Does a double yolk egg could as two eggs in a recipe?

When someone calls you to come and pick up say .. egg rolls and fried rice and they say bring two dishes to get them in. What size dishes are appropriate so that you don't look like you either expect to much or like your not interested enough? Im always afraid to look like I expect to much if I take to big of a pan.

Not really (regarding double yolkers - ) there is not enough egg white. Only the yolk itself is doubled - not the whites.

Take along a two-sided container with the separator in the middle and keep an extra covered container in the car - just in case. It's easier to do it that way. I have a Tupperware container with the separator in the middle - works just fine in cases like that. And taking an extra container is just fine. You can't read minds.

Thanks Mama. I got lucky and she had her hubby drop off the rolls and rice. I cannot read her mind lol... I do well to understand what she says when I'm looking right at her.

It's not easy when someone tells you to bring a container if they don't specify how big it should be. If I ask someone to bring a container (because they don't return mine) I tell them the size to bring.

I don't get back 99% of mine either. Sending containers to my Sis's is hit or miss and with my brother you never see them again. I buy deli containers for his stuff. Anything I take to Jon's Dad's I always get back but it took years to train him that way. He used to take my stuff to his other daughter in laws which I never understood because she never cooked him anything.

This friend is Thai and has a thick accent. I always have Jon get the extension when she calls so he can tell me what she says lol. In person I can do much better with what she says. Her and her husband are two of the sweetest people ever.
