We signed the closing paperwork yesterday, and we will be moving in the next couple of days! And of-course we have to do it all in-between rain storms, we have flash flood warnings, and it is sooooo wet:( I hope all my furniture does not get too wet!
I am glad our drought is broken, so I will refrain from too much complaining:)
We wound up getting a new (built in 2000 with 3 bdrm 2 bath) home and it is brick with vinyl siding, and has a deck out back and a little front porch and the yard is like a blank slate I will be planting all my own trees and shrubs and flowers!

Thank you everyone for all the great wishes. I am "stoked" and oh so happy! It was fun! And nerve wracking:o But it is all ours!!!
