pineapple whip is my fair food weakness. yummmm.....
I don't eat fried foods much and they make me sick to my stomach when I do...therefore I especially aviod the fried stuff at the fair.
the best food I ever had at the fair probably wouldn't even be considered your typical fair food. It was a chopped sirlion sandwich topped with sauteed mushrooms, served on crusty bread...mmmm

pineapple whip is kind of an ice cream/sherbert made with pineapple juice. It's really yummy. I made it at home once, and it was good, just not as good as the fair's.
