I really haven't watched to much TV lately. So missed most of the show. I kinda think that folks that do strange things are still trying to (find themselves). Or have little self confidence. Like hey, look at me. I am over here. If he won he must be a very good chef. But then again what do I know.

Symon seems like he is a very nice guy. I love his insane giggle.
Besh had a cooking show on TLC I think for a little bit but it hasnt been on in a while. I only caught it once. He would go to peoples homes and teach them how to cook three dishes. I would have liked to see him in a more instructional teaching type of cooking show. That one focused more on the people he was helping and showed tons of videos of their families begging TLC for someone to teach them to cook.
I saw a cooking contest on FN once where Paula Deen was representing her state and Besh was repping his. He was in the station next to hers and he spent most of his time talking smack to her and the guy on his other side. Besh ended up winning the competition. I saw him a few years later on an episode of Paula's show and butter wouldnt have melted in his mouth he was so sweet to her lol. She was trying to be all flirty with him and he was all laughing and blushing.
