But to CELEBRATE the departure of a televsion personality from a certain News station who I do not like and consider to be a whacko sensationalist, I am hosting a Food Day at work Friday. There will be a little less trickling drool, flying spittle and popped forehead veins on the screen now!

I am making a Creamsickle Layer-Cake and a Ham/Pineapple Cheese-Ball. So far others have signed-up to bring chips/salsa/guac, rhubarb bars, cheesy taco dip, fruit skewers and crudite.

Maybe like-minded folks should host Food Days from coast-to-coast!
