Whole Grain or Rye...which is better?

>>study participants who ate bread made with refined white rye flour had better blood sugar and insulin control immediately after a meal than those who ate bread made with a combination . . .

so if I am not diabetic, does that mean it is "better"

if I do not have a medical need for "better blood sugar and insulin control" does that mean it is still better?

it is all fascinating information, what we need is fascinating information without a spin.

Perhaps that your life would go smoother and longer before you needed the spin, or even avoided the spin altogether.

well, so far as the medical quacks can tell me, I actually don't need "a spin"
before, during or after

otoh, people who actually have a diagnosed medical condition which requires pro-active control of "Medical Element X, Y, or Z" might wish to seek factual (or- HEH,, alternative) medical advice versus relying on non-specific medical advice being dispensed in a uncontrolled, un-monitored environment for treatment / mitigation of specific medical conditions.

do you personally have a need for "better blood sugar and insulin control" ?

if you do not have this need, exactly why is the "study" important / relevant to you?

please note: the post categorically states:
"rye is better than whole grain"

please note the total absence of any qualifiers.

it's a symptom of our entire "180 character" culture.
if the truth does not fit in 180 character text message, the truth must be modified.

note to reality fans: the 180 character limit does not change "the truth"
