tomato sauce
oil
onions
salt
sugar
black pepper
tomato

I ONLY COOK CHICKEN ONCE IN MY LIFE AND THAT ARE MY INGRIDIENTS AND ITS NOT NICE AFTER I COOKED.

PLEASE ADVICE ANY OTHER SIMPLE CHICKEN RECIPE

THANK YOU

Can you get some garlic and herbs (basil, oegano,)???? Celery, a bell pepper?

Saute chopped onion along with the above. Chop celery and pepper. Add tomato sauce and simmer for a bit. Brown chicken pieces in a bit of oil oil, add to sauce and simmer 49 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and sprinkle of Parmesean. Serve over pasta.

without some more seasonings like the above, it will be a little boring and the garlic, etc. can be used in many other dishes. From there you can build a selection of herbs and spices.
enjoy,
Nan

and you might want to get a few cookbooks and watch a little food TV. Rachel Ray on Food Network is good for beginners, she also has some cookbooks out which I have seen favorably reviewed on other forums.

Cut up the chicken, put some oil in a pot over medium high heat. Brown chicken, Dice the tomato and onion and add, Add 2 cups of water, about 1 cup of the sauce, a heavy pinch of sugar and salt and pepper to taste. On a medium simmer, cook for about 30 minutes.

thank you very much for welcoming me, can anyone suggest any other very simple method of cooking chicken and delicious.?

Succour chicken is easy to cook. Clean it well rub the meat all over with lemon juice and spices and salt & pepper, place it into an oven & bake at 350° or put it on a spit and let it slow roast over a firepit. It will be good! Cook until the blood no longer runs red, and the juices coming from the cooked bird run clear, do not over cook either. A nice crisp and browned skin is good to eat! Chicken should always be very well cleaned and cooked well done. It is dangerous if not cooked well, and can lead to illness.

When you mention tomatoes and cooking chicken with them all you are doing is stewing the chicken in a covered pan with the tomatoes (the tomatoes should be peeled and cut up), onions, some olives and seasonings. Cook it over a medium low heat about 1 hour and add water if needed do stir often as you do not want it to stick and burn to the bottom of your opan. It is a very good meal and the sauce is good served over rice.

I wish you many good meals and do not give up on becoming a good cook, it takes time but is well worth it! Did your Mom ever show you much about cooking? Most people learn much from their own Mom's in the kitchens at home.

Marinating any chicken for a few hours before cooking will adds a lot of flavor. A simple marinade of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper will tenderize the chicken and add flavor.
