Hi! I am new to this forum and in fact this is my first forum, too! I don't really know what I am doing, but jumping right in. Found this site searching the web for info on how to prevent a dry and crumbly cake. I am not employed in the cooking industry at all. But I love cooking and everything about cooking.

I usually make boxed cakes, however. In fact I don't do much baking at all. Winter and the upcoming holidays have me inspired. I look forward from learning from many of you!
