I am a garlic person! Can't get enough of it! Always a large basket of it in the kitchen - and I make sure I keep it full just in case! LOL
I love garlic too. My mom says I have no reason to worry about vampires because I eat so much of the stuff. When I was little I even ate it plain, not added to anything. Or so my mom tells me, I don't remember doing that.
I use garlic on everything! Garlic & parsley are the 2 main ingredients in pretty much everything I make. LOL
I love garlic as well. We add it to almost all of our potato dishes and to our meats as a season. Between onions and garlic not sure what we eat the most.
for me, onions is one of my favorite garnishes also.
but i tend to eat garlic more!

Oh yeah for sure! I put garlic in just about everything too! My mum was the same and dad hated it!![]()
It just makes so much difference to every meal!
hmm...apparently I'm the minority....I don't cook with garlic that often and rarely have it in the house. I do keep garlic salt, but rarely even use that...
I use garlic in almost every meal. It has great affection with mushrooms, which we're having tonight. I couldn't make fried mushroom caps without my garlic!
I have friends that can't eat garlic or else they're looking for the Pepcid. I'm glad I don't suffer from that syndromeLove my garlic too much.
Garlic green beans: mix 1 tsp garlic powder with 1/4 cup butter, and pour over green beans.
Garlic mashed potatoes: Chop up 1 tsp garlic, and mix in mashed potatoes along with butter and milk.
I like putting garlic in stif-fried dishes, particularly stir-fried tuna chunks. I usually cook it in butter until it's very brown and then I add the tuna chunks. I think I could eat that everyday.
