I think some of my favorite cooking items are my Pampered Chef knives with self-sharpening cases. I just love them.

So my favorite item is:

Freshly baked home made bread or from a good local bakery. There is nothing like freshly baked yeast bread, especially when is still warm and yet cool enough to cut clean. Add a little whipped butter and I'm in heaven!

I think so!! I will go get them professionally sharpened once a year; the cases don't do a perfect job; but are surely better than nothing!

Sharp knives are love. (Put in another context, I bet that would've sounded SO wrong) They make everything so much easier.

I think I've fallen in love with my crockpot again lately. I always put it to good use when it's out, but once I put it away I almost forget about it for a while. I'm gonna have to start leaving it out on the cabinet at all times

I always thought ready made cake mixes sucked bigtime until I tried this Betty Crocker's French Vanilla Cake mix. It was amazingly easy to make and really tasteful too. I used Betty Crocker's icing on it too

My deepfryer - although it wasn't necessary to buy one.

My fried chicken, potato wedges and fries taste better now!

my stovetop griddle is another favorite thing. I use it all the time for quesadillas. I've even used it to toast up garlic bread and make grilled cheese sandwiches.

Lately my favorite thing has been my microwave. Dont laugh. I have been having to use it to reheat my dinner since I don't get home til after 8 most nights. If it werent for the microwave I would starve. Just because the husband cooks dinner doesn't mean he will reheat it.
