I will check to see if our Walmart has plumrose bacon. If they do and it runs under 100 mg I will use it.

The Plumrose didn't work out. I found 4 types with a low of 320 mg to a high of 410 mg sodium. The normal Rath brand bacon only went to 270. I did find one product on-line called Bacon Salt made from sea salt that went from 100 mg to 136 mg but their serving size was 1/4 tsp. Thanks for all the input though.
