3 cups seeded and chopped watermelon
1/2 bunch of cilantro, chopped 2 Jalapeno peppers, diced (seeds and all if you're like me and want it spicy!) 1 green bell pepper chopped 2 tbs. lime juice 1 bunch green onion, chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced salt to taste Combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. This is great with tortilla chips or soft grilled chicken tacos!!! |
