9-inch deep dish pie shell
1 c. grated cheese 1 cup cheddar cheese (or whatever cheese you like) 1/2 to 1 c. cooked spinach, or whatever you like 1/2 to 1 c. meat (if you wish, I did not add meat to mine) 1 c. milk 1 small onion chopped up 4 eggs Pinch of parsley and pepper Lightly butter the bottom of the pie shell. Place cheese, veggies, and meat in shell. Mix together milk, eggs, parsley and pepper. Pour milk mixture on top of veggies, etc. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until quiche is solid. (You may want to put quiche on a cookie sheet in the oven because it may drip.) |
