Ingredients
1 package Chicken Wings, 2 lb. 1/2 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 tablespoon vinegar 2 teaspoons honey 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce, or to taste 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed 1 cup blue cheese dressing 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cover rack of broiler pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Cut off wing tips; discard. Cut remaining wing into two parts at joint. Combine ketchup, oil, vinegar, honey, hot sauce and pepper flakes in medium bowl. Dip chicken into mixture, coating well. Place on foil-lined pan. 3. Bake wings, turning once, 35 minutes or until done (internal temp 170°F) and edges are beginning to crisp. |
