Dill pickle chips
basic batter (you can add more flavor with spices, if you prefer) cooking oil heated to a steady frying temp Dip drained dill pickle chips into your basic batter. Allow the excess to drip off. Drop into the hot oil several at at time. Flip as they start to turn golden brown. Allow other side to brown. Drain on paper towels. The chips should be crispy on the outside, and warm and soft on the inside. |
