8 boiled eggs. peeled and cut in half length wise
3 tbsp mayo 1 tbsp sour cream 2 tsp dijon mustard 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice 2 tsp finely chopped dill 4 packed tbsp finely minced smoked salmon salt and pepper dill sprigs remove yolk from eggs and mash with mayo, sour cream, mustard, and lemon juice. stir in dill and smoked salmon. add salt and pepper to taste. spoon the mixture into the egg whites. garnish each deviled egg with a fresh dill sprig. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Makes 8 servings. |
