Crab Imperial
1/2 pound crab meat
1/2 pound cooked gulf shrimp, cleaned, shelled, and chopped 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 medium onion, chopped fine 1 cup finely diced celery 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix everything together in a large boil. Form into 8 equally sized balls, then flatten, and place on a baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
