Default stuffed hot cherry vinegar peppers

    I just love this ....

take the hot cherry vineagr peppers and remove the stem and seeds from the pepper ... (scoop seeds out with a spoon )

then just take a small piece of prosciuto (sliced from the deli ) and roll it around a small piece of aged provolone cheese ... stuff it in the pepper then drizzle a good extra virgin olive oil on it ... serve w/breadsticks

I usually make extra and put them in a jar ... I cover them w/oil and they keep for a month .

Your gonna love them ! I even jar my own vinegar peppers for these because I am trying to avoid as much preservatives as I can and also because I can control the salt I use AND THEY TASTE SO MUCH BETTER.
