2 8 oz. pkg. cheese
1 5 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained ¼ c. finely chopped bell pepper 1/3 c. finely chopped purple onion 2 c. chopped pecans 1 T. seasoned salt Allow cream cheese to soften, mix cream cheese, drained pineapple, bell pepper, onion, and one cup of chopped pecans. Form into ball or log and roll in remaining one c. chopped pecans. Wrap in aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight before serving. Serve with crackers of your choice. |
