Default Lowfat Deviled Eggs Recipe

10 eggs
1/2 cup cooked boneless chicken breast
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/8 tsp paprika

Boil the eggs to hardboil. Finely chop up the precooked chicken breast meat. Cut the hardboiled eggs in half lengthwise and discard the yolks. Mash two of the egg whites with a fork and add the chicken, mayonnaise onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix in the Dijon mustard, dry mustard, paprika and Tabasco sauce.

Stuff the remaining egg whites with the Devil Egg mixture and sprinkle the tops with the paprika for color.
