Ingredients
3/4 lb. pasta
1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
3-2/3 cups spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to temperature 375°F. Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling water 8-10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain. Rinse with cool water, drain and set aside. Cook ground beef in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, Parmesan and cooked pasta. Spoon into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with mozzarella and bake 20 minutes.
