Ingredients
1 package Chicken Wings, 2 lb.
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoons honey
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
1 cup blue cheese dressing

1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cover rack of broiler pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Cut off wing tips; discard. Cut remaining wing into two parts at joint. Combine ketchup, oil, vinegar, honey, hot sauce and pepper flakes in medium bowl. Dip chicken into mixture, coating well. Place on foil-lined pan.

3. Bake wings, turning once, 35 minutes or until done (internal temp 170°F) and edges are beginning to crisp.
