My husband has just found out that he has Hypokelemic Periodic Paralysis. They were talking about this same thing last night on Prime Time, my husband has this he needs to be on a low carb diet does anyone have any suggestion or Recipes that I can cook this is all new to me so I am going to have to learn to cook for him.
This is what this does to him, his potassium drops so low that he is near death this has happened 5 times to him it happened monday while we were in St. Louis ( I was scared to death) I told myself that I am never going anywhere with him any more. But anyway I need to learn how to cook for him any suggestions?
