Scotch Eggs....

6 Hard boiled eggs.
1 lb well seasoned pork sausage meat.
Fine bread crumbs

Wrap the raw sausage meat around each egg. Dip them in the bread crumbs, and deep fry for a couple of minutes, or until the meat is cooked. They can be fried in a pan also. Serve hot or cold, with pasta, or good bread, and a tossed green salad.
