Pesto Sauce

1 cup olive oil
8 oz. pine nuts (or walnuts)
1 cup basil
6 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup parmesan

Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and mix well until a paste is formed.

We like to take heavy cream, pesto, grilled chicken, and serve over pasta.

This is one of my all time favorites. If you people have not tried pesto, you must give this one a go! Pesto pasta is awsome.
