I have had artichoke dip and roasted red pepper dip that were both fabulous. Imagine what a dip with them both combined would taste like! I must try this, and soon.

I love roasted red pepper hummus, the spicy kick really gives it great flavor. I had not heard of adding leaks to a dip like this, what sort of flavor to leaks have? I love the combo of artichokes and the peppers together. Pita chips would be great with this!

Hmm I am so bad at describing flavors, but I know I like leeks. :p We have potatoe leek soup a lot and it's SO yummy. Yes pits chips would be great with this.
