Hello! I'm a "foodie" from the South. Glad to be here!

My favorite things to cook are: chicken and dumplin's (my Grandmother's recipe), biscuits, pasta (any kind), fish (especially catfish), and grits.

My favorite foods include most anything Southern-style, and spinach. Odd combination, I know.

Right now, I'm sipping my favorite drink--organic, fair trade coffee. Second only to sweet tea.
