I am a huge bisquick fan. I will only eat Bisquick brand pancakes at home. The biscuit recipe on the box is delicious. I always make little dumplings out of it.

I'm looking forward to hearing more recipes!!

OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN

Chicken Breasts
Biscuit mix (like Bisquick)
Salt
Pepper
Paprika (optional)
1-2 T. Margarine

Preheat oven to 375 F. Melt 1-2 T. margarine in a shallow baking dish.

Mix biscuit mix, salt, pepper & paprika in a large ziplock bag. One at a time, coat chicken breasts in the mixture. Place in baking dish & bake for 35 minutes. Turn chicken & continue cooking for another 15 minutes.

CHICKEN POT PIE

1 2/3 c. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 c. cut up cooked chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
½ c. milk
1 egg

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Mix vegetables, chicken & soup in an ungreased 9” pie plate.

Still remaining ingredients in a bowl until blended. Pour into pie plate.

Bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown.

**I like a really thick breading, so I usually double that part and bake it in a tall pyrex bowl so it doesn't overflow.
