* 2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, rinsed and drained
* 2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
* 1-1/2 cups water
* 12 oz. can corn, drained
* 2 red potatoes, cubed
* 1 cup salsa
Combine all ingredients in 3-4 quart crockpot. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours until vegetables are tender. 6-8 servings
